1. Payments
All payments on ThrivePure are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

- Debit Card / Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallets (if available)
Payment details such as card or UPI information are not stored on the ThrivePure website. Payments are handled securely by the payment gateway provider.
2. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed successfully:
- An order confirmation message/email may be sent
- The order will be processed for packaging and shipping
Customers are advised to check their phone number, email, and delivery address before placing the order.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.
Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy section

4. Return Policy
ThrivePure products are consumable food and wellness items. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.
Returns Are Not Accepted For:
- Opened packs
- Used products
- Products with damaged seals after delivery
- Taste preference issues
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Products returned without approval
5. Replacement Policy (Damaged / Wrong Product)
Replacement is available only in the following cases:
Eligible Cases
- Product received in damaged condition
- Product seal is broken at the time of delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing product in the order
Replacement Conditions
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from package opening to product display)
- Photos of the package and product may be required
- The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
If approved, a replacement will be shipped without extra charge.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in valid cases such as:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Product unavailable after order placement
- Replacement not possible due to stock issues
- Verified damage or wrong product where replacement is not available
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated within 5โ7 business days after approval
- The credited amount may take additional time depending on the bank/payment method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
- Delay caused by courier or external issues beyond control
- Orders placed with wrong product selection by customer
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is shipped
- If an order is returned to origin due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply
